The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. • Setup workflows through standardized process to allow for efficient process transition between GSC and Engagement Teams.  
• Accurate and timely data input and extraction that support a variety of needs throughout our offers using relevant applications e.g. Argus Enterprise, Argus ValueInsight,  DataBridge, ARW, TAM, Excel, etc.
• Scheduling, setting up clients in internal systems
• Assemble market data sets accurately from third party subscription sites and jurisdictional websites that supports the development of accurate data records for our client deliverables. 
• Effectively contribute to the development of deliverables including packaging of reports, analysis of sale comparables, income and expenses statements and any other support
• Provide accurate QA and identify and correct any discrepencies thorough self reviews of data inputs
