Associate Analyst, Financial MS Onsite
POSITION PROFILEWorking closely with Management teams, provides financial operations analysis for projects, strategic planning and implementation of operational and financial improvements for customer accounts.
Job Duties and Responsibilities· Financial analysis and reporting.
- Deal pricing audit/review
· Profit sharing financial review.
· Expense oversight and tracking revenue/cost forecasting and reconciliation.
· Primary contact for billing and reporting.
· Work with accounting department as needed.
· Support customer process change analyst team in project analysis.
· invoice and vendor analysis experience.
· Assists in forecasting and planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for scope of customer project.
· Assists in the development & implementation of RICOH's strategic initiatives & operating plans.
· Safeguards information of a highly confidential and proprietary nature and deals courteously and effectively with a diverse group of contacts, both inside and outside of the department.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Typically Required:
· Requires 4-year college degree (Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Math is preferred) or equivalent experience.
· Requires 2 years of work experience; solid financial planning experience is desired.
· Requires analytical and operational background and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities
· Good PC skills and ability to use automated financial systems
· Good organizational and analytical skills
Working Conditions, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
· Requires internal contact within department and with other corporate personnel, and external contact with customers, agencies, vendors, etc and General Public
· Work assignments are diversified Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems
· Modest physical effort is required Work does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc)
· Requires moderate dexterity · regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination
· May require some travel
