  • Handle urgent shipments involving planners, dispatchers, and engineers (BU, R&D, Assembly, Chute Yield, PE)
  • Support Fab resiliency projects and coordination with ADTH & ADGT.
  • Manage packing and shipping for Corr wafer and Penang Assembly requests.
  • Resolve AOI issues, especially when lots cannot move; expedite AOI lots as needed.
  • Arrange packing materials, including recycled boats.
  • Submit and manage e-Requests for material or process needs.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipment issues.
  • Scrap and terminate lots when required.
  • Plan and coordinate OT (overtime) for Diebank and AOI operations.
  • Support Weekly & Quarterly CCA reporting.
  • Process and follow up on ECN (Engineering Change Notice) requests.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Trim and Probe/ wafer sort or Final test exposure will be added advantage
  • Willingness to support operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment when required.
  • Able to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skill.
