  • Develop and maintain detailed waferbank schedules to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control) and even external group such as demand planner and supply chain to ensure seamless production processes and meeting the deliveries.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
  • Lead and drive key projects aimed at improving planning efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in production planning and project management.
  • Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Trim and Probe/ wafer sort or Final test exposure will be added advantage
  • Willingness to support operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment when required.
  • Able to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skill.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
