- Develop and maintain detailed waferbank schedules to meet production demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control) and even external group such as demand planner and supply chain to ensure seamless production processes and meeting the deliveries.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
- Lead and drive key projects aimed at improving planning efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in production planning and project management.
- Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Trim and Probe/ wafer sort or Final test exposure will be added advantage
- Willingness to support operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment when required.
- Able to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skill.
