Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance features for the ContractHub AI platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Build and integrate AI/ML capabilities (e.g., NLP, document processing, clause extraction, contract analytics) into contract workflows
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., procurement, CRM, legal tools) to enable seamless data flow
- Implement workflow automation to streamline contract creation, review, approval, and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, business, product) to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and high availability
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance standards across all implementations
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices to maintain high engineering standards
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-driven solutions
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) and RESTful APIs
- Experience working with enterprise integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP preferred)
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, document processing, or generative AI use cases
- Understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, and enterprise security standards
- Demonstrated solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proven excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (business, legal, product)
Preferred Qualification:
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and data processing pipelines

Skills Required
