As an Associate Administrator, TPA Solutions, you will play an important role within the Underwriting Department in supporting our Third Party Advisor (TPA) business by coordinating quoting activities, managing administrative processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure an outstanding experience for advisors and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career within the group benefits industry.The Associate Administrator, TPA Solutions will:
  • Assist Third Party Advisors, Directors of TPA Solutions, and Internal Consultants throughout the quoting process.

  • Receive quote requests and verify the accuracy and completeness of conversion quotes.

  • Update workflows and maintain records within underwriting tracking systems.

  • Follow up with adjacent departments as required to meet timelines and exceed customer expectations.

  • Process sold quotes and coordinate activities required for implementation.

  • Provide timely updates and support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure service levels and turnaround times are consistently met.

  • Support business development activities through accurate and efficient administrative support.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, quote, and sales-related information.

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across applicable systems and records.

  • Prepare, organize, and validate information to support reporting and operational activities.

  • Generate reports and assist with business tracking and performance monitoring.

  • Maintain documentation and records in accordance with established business practices.

Collaboration & Operational Support

  • Work closely with Underwriting, Implementation, Sales, Service, and other internal teams to support a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies.

  • Support departmental initiatives and special projects as required.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.

To be successful as the Associate Administrator, TPA Solutions, you will need:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field is considered an asset.

  • Experience in insurance, employee benefits, administration, underwriting support, sales support, or a related field is considered an asset.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Salary Range

The base salary for this position is between $45,000 - $50,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
