Ingredion is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to process payables accurately and on time and ensure effective communication with internal and external personnel.
As an Accounts Payable Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Input vendor invoices, credit memos, freight bills, expense reports for payment scheduling, and payment processing.
- Verify the accuracy of the invoices to ensure that they have been properly coded and the appropriate approvals have been received in compliance with policies.
- Provide back-up support for other Accounts Payable team members.
- Answer all vendor or internal customers inquiries accurately and on time.
- Support A/P Manager with audit requests.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Significant work experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable in a corporate environment.
- Prior SAP AP and PO experience is a plus.
- Ideally good prior AP Workflow experience, Speed and accuracy with keying in invoice data into AP System
- ESKER experience is also a plus.
- Proven verbal & written communication skills with internal & external customers.
- Proficient in EXCEL (intermediate), proven proficiency in the use of Windows software programs.
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.

$46,600.00-$62,133.33 AnnualThis pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
