• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, extensions, quarterly estimated tax payments
• Assist with creating and requesting checks and mailing federal and state estimated tax vouchers
• Preparation of household employer payroll tax filings
• Process electronic filing of tax returns
• Maintain tax refunds ledger
• Gain/Loss review and comparison
• Maintain tax database for tracking of all client deadlines and filings
• Tax reporting system data maintenance
• Printing, collation and mailing of tax returns to clients
• Scanning/organizing electronic tax docs
• Printing and mailing notices to the IRS and State agencies

Starting salary range for this position is between $71K-73K, and will be finalized based on the candidate's years of experience and local cost of labor

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule

• CPA or working toward becoming
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Prior internship experience is preferred but not required

Highly Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Prosystem FX engagement, CCH Axcess, Microsoft office products, QuickBooks, Xero are preferred but not required
