The Opportunity
This role will handle escalations for shop partners who leverage the online Slice platform to power their digital presence. You'll play a crucial role in the retention and success of these partner shops, and by extension Slice. The ideal candidate will bring a customer first attitude, a strong ability to manage client relationships, and a proven track record of solving problems.
The Team
The Account Management team is at the heart of our organization, championing Slice’s relationships with our partner shops and providing an exceptional experience to our customers. The team consists of over 20 individuals across Macedonia, and North America. This role reports to a Team Lead in Account Management.

Core competencies for the role:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles, sales or account management (experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred).
- Ability to manage high risk accounts, with a focus on Saves and growth.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of low volume, high potential accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Excel, and other account management tools
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team first individual, that enjoys working in a team environment and brings a positive mindset.
- Fluency in english language, multiple languages is a strong plus
