This is not just a support function it’s about being the trusted partner and problem-solver for our clients, delivering excellence across procurement, forensic invoice validation, day-to-day billing & query support and full administrative & supplier management service As the Client Relations Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of a service that is professional, transparent, consultative, and consistently aligned with Eden’s core values: Trust, Integrity, Transparency, Consultative Support, and Professionalism.
You’ll be at the heart of building long-term partnerships, strengthening Eden Utilities’ reputation, and ensuring that our rapid growth is matched with unrivalled service quality.
Reporting to the Commercial Director and Client Manager, you will set the benchmark for service excellence, working closely with colleagues across operations,commercial, and technical teams to deliver a seamless, client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities 
* Play an active role in Client Support, ensuring every client experience reflects Eden’s values.
* Act as the escalation point for sensitive or complex client issues, ensuring they are managed with clarity, honesty, and accountability.
* Oversee the full client journey, from onboarding through to ongoing service delivery, query resolution, and relationship management.
* Drive continuous improvement across client touchpoints, strengthening operational processes and team capabilities.
* Ensure proactive, timely, and accurate communication with clients on contracts, queries, reports, and service updates.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, value-added services.
* Manage the COT process from initiation, ensuring a smooth transition to Account Managers.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, SLA adherence, and workload management.
* Build and sustain credible, long-term relationships by consistently delivering on promises and acting as a reliable partner.
* Demonstrate ownership, open communication, and a commitment to doing the right thing even in challenging situations.

Key Skills and Expertise

*EXCEL KNOWLEDGE: PIVOT TABLES/ DATA ENTRY AND PRESENTING 
* Proven experience in client service, account management, or consultancy, ideally within the utilities, energy, or professional services sector.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop service teams to deliver consistently high standards.
* Strong track record in building long-term client relationships and managing escalations effectively.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
* Exceptional communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal with a focus on clarity and honesty.
* Proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and embraces continuous improvement.
* Transparent in approach committed to sharing accurate and honest information at every stage.
* Evidence of actively engaging clients and colleagues to understand needs, gather feedback, and tailor solutions.
