The role uses Python and Flask primarily, with flexibility to work in Go, Ruby, and other technologies on a distributed remote team.

Lead Slice’s Developer Experience Deploy & Run team, overseeing internal developer platforms, GitOps workflows, Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling. Set technical direction, improve deployment reliability and developer productivity, establish reusable self-service systems, and raise operational standards. Hire, coach, and retain platform engineers while partnering with engineering teams across multiple regions to drive platform adoption and reduce infrastructure-related friction.

Own the onboarding and go-live process for online ordering shops, including configuration, hardware and software setup, customer training, early lifecycle support, and adoption. Manage partner portfolios, identify account risks, prevent churn, and uncover retention and expansion opportunities. Build relationships with shop owners, resolve issues, provide responsive support, and share partner feedback cross-functionally with Sales, Data Entry, Menu, and other teams.
