Associate Account Manager, Commercial Lines

The Opportunity
Our service professionals play a vital role in supporting our clients with day-to-day account management, claims management, and underwriting services that ensure they have what they need to protect what matters most. Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative insurance solutions.

• Assists the Account Manager with the entire account service process
• Reviews applications and renewal requests to help determine marketing strategy
• Assists with rating and marketing to carriers
• Prepares quotes and proposals
• Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards
• Binds policies
• Assists with audits
• Coordinates billing and premium financing, as necessary

What You Bring To The Table.

• 1-3 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
• HS diploma or GED
• Holds an insurance license in good standing
• Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization
• Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
• Required “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail

PAY

$20.00/hour - $28.50/hour
