Account Executive - Kepware

The Account Executive role is responsible for working inbound requests, providing quotes on solutions, managing accounts within their region, and work with a list of accounts to grow business. Ensuring a high level of customer service, while having a good understanding of the Kepware product offerings and the vertical markets we operate in.

Daily, you will handle incoming phone/email requests from partners and customers, to help identify appropriate solutions based on unique architectures, as well as triage customer requests and uncover further opportunity. Utilizing CRM to quote, and track opportunities until closing.  The Account Executive will work closely with several other internal departments to ensure accurate and on time delivery of customer and partner orders.

• Detail oriented
• Continuously maintain a high-level of customer service
• The ability to identify further opportunity through appropriate inquiry and active listening
• Ability to multi task

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business program, or otherwise equivalent experience
• 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
