Oracle NetSuite – NetSuite Associate

A hands-on functional consultant to be a part of global project team responsible for identifying business requirements, functional design, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, implementation and support. NetSuite Associate will be responsible for quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting project teams in documenting functional requirements
  • Configuring environments for client prototypes and walkthrough
  • Build, develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution and prototypes
  • Preparing data for migrations, cutover and testing
  • Good knowledge and background on Financials, Taxes, Localization, SuiteTax, Legacy systems, Avalara
  • Coordination with onshore teams on completing project tasks and following project plans
  • Execute UAT/SIT (testing) test scenarios and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project expectations on time
  • Hands on NetSuite knowledge to configure, unit test and deploy solutions
  • Deliver as an individual contributor, but also able to work with teams of Consultants, Developers and/or Solution Architects.
  • Absorb new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite during new product releases.
  • Ensure client delivery quality on assigned projects
  • Manage tasks against communicated timelines and budgets

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of functional, hands-on Functional NetSuite Implementation experience
  • Consultant on multiple NetSuite implementations, leading projects or portions of projects
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and manage task assignments for yourself.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
  • Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.

Preferred:

  • Great communication skills and proactive communications, written and spoken, with internal team members and clients.
  • Full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Finance background is desirable
  • Background in ARM and Multi-Book preferred.
  • Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users and admin users.
  • Preferred certifications: NetSuite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite ARM Certification, Financial User

Education: CA /CPA / MBA(Finance) / B.E or MSc Computer Application
