Experience
- Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Writing (preferably in a software product development environment)
- Writes and edits information to industry's standards
- Ability to grasp knowledge of the functionality of at least two CDK applications simultaneously
- Spends time to gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products, with strong focus on domain
- Attends relevant meetings and training sessions to gain operational and functional knowledge of product, tools, processes, domain and technology
- Follows departmental guidelines, the Microsoft Manual of Style, and the Chicago Manual of Style
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline – English Literature, Mass Communication, Advertising disciplines preferred; Engineering and B Tech streams least preferred.
Required Attributes
- Working knowledge of advanced authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Robohelp, Visio, Snagit, Camtasia and/or similar tools
- Knowledge or familiarity of digital adoption tools like WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix and/or similar tools
- Strong focus on domain and grasp of technology
- Self-starter
