The Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Process Payments to suppliers in an accurate and timely manner

• Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform journal entries in JDE
• File payments and journal entries into physical file cabinet
• Create simple local statutory reporting to tax authority
• Assist in gathering documentation for EY and SOX Audit
• Incidental duties
Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in accountingexperience working in accounts payable Preferred
Additional Skills:
• Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to read, comprehend, write and speak Spanish; good English skills preferred
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
