What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities- Support CMDB data maintenance, updates, and reconciliation activities
- Assist in onboarding Configuration Items (CIs) and service mapping
- Monitor CMDB health dashboards and data quality metrics
- Work with Discovery and Asset teams to ensure data alignment
- Support governance activities including audits and compliance checks
- Assist in identifying duplicate, stale, or orphan CI records
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infra, Security, GRC)
- Basic understanding of ITIL concepts (CMDB, Incident, Change)
- Familiarity with databases or data management concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Eagerness to learn ServiceNow platform
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
