About This Role

This role serves as a key link between R&D and manufacturing. You will be fully involved in the technical management of the entire product lifecycle, from design optimization and new product introduction to stable support for mass production. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in electronics engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with global teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• 项目全过程支持：协助跟进新项目从设计、原型制作到试产、量产的全过程，完成相关技术文件、测试报告等的准备、核对与维护。
• 生产与测试支持：为生产线、测试工位及相关部门提供现场技术支持，及时响应并协助解决生产/测试中遇到的技术问题，保障生产顺畅。
• 设计协同与优化：协助进行产品设计的评估与改进，参与电路、Layout或生产工艺的优化讨论，以提升产品性能、可靠性与生产效率。
• 元器件支持：协助工程师完成新元器件及替代物料的初步技术评估、样品测试与验证，整理测试数据并撰写基础报告。
• 跨团队协作：与内部研发、生产、质量团队及外部供应商保持良好沟通，在指导下参与部分与全球工程团队的日常技术交流。

• End-to-End Project Assistance: Support the entire process of new projects from design, prototyping, to pilot and mass production phases. Assist in the preparation, verification, and maintenance of relevant technical documents and test reports.
• Production & Test Support: Provide on-site technical support to production lines, test stations, and related departments. Respond promptly and assist in troubleshooting technical issues during production/testing to ensure smooth operations.
• Design Collaboration & Optimization: Assist in the evaluation and improvement of product designs. Participate in discussions on optimizing circuits, layouts, or production processes to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Component Support: Assist engineers in the preliminary technical evaluation, sample testing, and verification of new and alternative components. Organize test data and prepare basic reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain good communication with internal R&D, production, quality teams, and suppliers. Participate, under guidance, in some daily technical exchanges with global engineering teams.

Basic Qualifications

1. 教育背景 (Education Background)

• 全日制大学本科或以上学历，电子工程相关专业。
• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related fields.

1. 工作经验与技能 (Experience & Skills)

• 1年及以上电子相关行业经验，有消费类电子产品（如智能硬件、小家电、音频设备等）的硬件开发、测试或生产支持经验者优先。
• 了解模拟/数字电路基础知识，对电源、EMC等有一定认识，具备动手调试和基础电路分析能力。
• 具备良好的团队合作意识和学习能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
• 熟练使用万用表、示波器等常用测试仪器，能使用Excel、Word等办公软件进行数据处理和文档编写。了解一种EDA设计工具（如Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS等）者优先。
• 1+ years of experience in the electronics industry. Experience in hardware development, testing, or production support for consumer electronics (e.g., smart devices, small appliances, audio equipment) is preferred.
• Understanding of fundamental analog/digital circuit principles, with basic knowledge of power supplies, EMC, etc. Hands-on debugging and basic circuit analysis capabilities are required.
• Strong teamwork spirit and fast learning ability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using common test equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes. Skilled in using office software (Excel, Word) for data processing and documentation. Familiarity with an EDA tool (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, PADS) is a plus.
