O que você irá fazer?
- Apoiar no arquivamento digital de documentações relacionadas ao RH;
- Apoiar no controle e contato com os colaboradores afastados pelo INSS;
- Apoiar no envio de documentações à empresa de saúde e segurança do trabalho;
- Apoiar na elaboração e no envio de medidas disciplinares (advertências e suspensões);
- Apoiar no envio de kits de benefícios aos colaboradores, processos de admissão e licenças;
- Apoiar no envio de documentações para defesa em processos trabalhistas.
O que buscamos?
- Experiência com administração de pessoal (Admissão, afastamentos, controle de documentação, saúde ocupacional);
- Atuação generalista será considerado como diferencial;
- Formação completa ou cursando ensino superior em Administração ou Recursos Humanos.
Conhecimentos Desejáveis
- Outros processos de administração de pessoal (Generalista);
- Excel intermediário.
