Working FIFO from Perth on a 8:6 roster, 12 hours per day this is your chance to join an organisation at the forefront of innovative integrated solutions in the hospitality space.
About the job
Reporting to the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations. As the Assistant Village Manager, you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation.
You will have the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement systems, policies and procedures. Bring your passion for safety and people to our team!
About you
- You will be an innovative thinker with a strong head for business and running projects, experience in a similar role is not essential as we are looking for people who consider the big picture and bring their perspective to our operations.
- Previous people management and project management experience across managing diverse teams and business units will lead to success in this role.
- Please note a current full WA Manual Driver’s licence is mandatory in order to operate our site vehicles.
