The Role

The Digital Tech Program Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

The Senior SM primary responsibilities include

Facilitating ceremonies and processes, helping the teams to deliver value, and ensuring that the development value stream is on track and progressing smoothly

The SSM works closely with Product Management/PO and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the product.

Responsible for the all PI and sprint commitments based on the business priorities

Removes impediments and roadblocks within values stream or brings in value stream lead and value stream tech lead as needed

Manages risks and dependencies within value stream and /or across other values streams

Ensures the values stream works cohesively and follows processes Risk management to anticipate potential obstacles and development strategies to address them proactively

Performance monitored using metrics and feedback to identify areas of improvement

Stakeholder communication providing regular updates on progress, addressing any concerns/questions that may arise adaptability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environment

Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders

Continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect on Experience and identify opportunities for growth

Escalating Impediments and managing risks

Coaching and mentoring

Qualifications:

8+ years Extensive experience in Agile methodologies

Exp with end-to-end system development life cycles and standards 7 years of experience in roles such as Scrum master/Senior scrum master. This experience helps build a deep understanding of Agile principles, Team dynamics and the intricacies of delivering complex projects.

Experience with tools and framework such as SAFe (Scaled agile framework), Kanban, Scrum and Lean principles is highly Advantageous

Expertise in facilitating large-Scale agile ceremonies, strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Total 9 to 12 years’ of experience in that 5+ years of experience as scrum master, with at least 2+ years in a SAFe environment
  • SSM or SASM certification is value add for this role
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Principles, Scrum,Kanban and SAFE framework
  • Experience in leading agile teams in complex environments
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain technical issues in simple terms that non-IT staff can understand.
  • Preferred Language is English

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
