Job Summary
Supports the People Operations function in delivering efficient, technology-enabled, and customer-centric HR services. Balance day-to-day HR operational support with driving digital transformation initiatives across HR through the application of automation, AI, and process improvement solutions.
Perform HR IT Support Coordinator role and provide frontline technical support for HR systems and tools.
Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition Experience teams in providing Onboarding Logistics
Support and Employee Life Cycle Management to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
What You Do?
HRIS and System Supports (50%)
Drive HR automation, digitisation, and process transformation initiatives.
Assist to design, develop, and maintain workflow automation solutions via AI tools
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and optimise operational workflows through automation and intelligent process design.
Collaborate with Group HR, IT, and Operational Excellence teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with business requirements.
Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate with IT teams on smooth operation of HR technology to support HR service delivery.
Support HR data analytics, reporting, and insights generation to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
Provide training and support to HR and business users on HRIS functionalities
People services (50%)
Support the delivery of end-to-end HR operational processes, including:
Talent Acquisition Operations
Employee lifecycle administration
People Services
Learning Operations
Review and streamline HR operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
Prepare management information, operational reports, and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
Partner with HR stakeholders to continuously improve employee and manager experience.
Support the development, maintenance, and documentation of HR standard operating procedures and controls.
Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Who You Are?
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
At least 12 years of relevant experience in a shared service and HRIS environment
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, MRC, etc.), Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, RPA, etc
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and data analysis skills, and mindset
