Lead the growth, commercialization, and management of Digital Payments products. The role is responsible for driving product performance, managing strategic partnerships, delivering customer-centric initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payment capabilities and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Digital Payments products to drive customer adoption, engagement, and transaction growth.
  • Develop and execute product strategies, business initiatives, and customer campaigns to achieve portfolio objectives and business targets.
  • Manage relationships with payment networks, strategic partners, merchants, and ecosystem stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including business requirements, fulfilment, performance tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Banking, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Data teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and work with technology teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Lead and support product launches, system enhancements, regulatory initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure strong governance, operational readiness, and compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, management updates, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Payments, Digital Banking, Cards, Product Management, or related financial services functions.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems, including QR payments, mobile wallets, and emerging payment technologies.
  • Proven experience managing external partners, cross-functional stakeholders, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving product growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Technically proficient with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions and work effectively with relevant teams.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Required
