What You'll Do and Why It Matters
In this role, you'll drive meaningful results that make a difference for our customers, partners, and business. You will:
- Lead the vision: Define and execute AuguStar's digital strategy across web, social, email, and paid media channels.
- Create exceptional experiences: Optimize our web properties and conversion funnels to attract, engage, and retain customers.
- Champion performance: Implement SEO, ADA compliance, and best-in-class practices to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Grow our reach: Develop and oversee organic and paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) that drive measurable growth.
- Make data your guide: Use analytics and marketing tech tools to evaluate performance and inform smarter decisions.
- Stay ahead of trends: Identify emerging digital opportunities to keep AuguStar at the forefront of the industry.
- Inspire through content: Oversee engaging digital content -- from blogs and videos to interactive tools educating and connecting with our audiences.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with marketing, product, sales, compliance, and technology to align efforts and amplify impact.
- Lead and grow your team: Build, mentor, and empower a team of digital marketing professionals as our capabilities expand.

What You Bring
We're looking for a forward-thinking digital leader who blends strategic insight with hands-on expertise. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, web development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or web development -- experience in financial services is a plus.
- Expertise in SEO, social media advertising, content strategy, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience partnering across senior and cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience managing digital teams and agency partners.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms like Salesforce.
