Job Purpose
Undertake the life-cycle function of Personal Financing products from planning, forecasting, development and marketing with the objective of maximizing the revenue, market share and profit margins.
Key Responsibilities*
Core Product: Awam-i
- To develop new or variation of Personal Financing products – to obtain product proposals approval
- To introduce and market new/ variation product in collaboration with various stakeholders e.g. Sales and Consumer Marketing
- To work with CBPA on product pricing /sales strategy to ensure products remain profitable
- To conduct market research and analysis on customer segments, product proposition and competitor analysis
- To develop and update product documentations (Application form, Product Disclosure sheet, Terms & Conditions etc.), Sales Call scripts and marketing collateral related to the respective Personal Financing products.
- To work with various sales channel leads to identify and execute revenue uplift activities such as running sales challenges and marketing campaigns.
- Responsible in monitoring the implementation of product enhancement in various systems, sales channels and partnerships to meet business needs.
- Responsible in ensuring end to end process flow is accordance to the department’s Policy and Procedures including updated SOPs by stakeholders supporting the PF products
- To work closely with stakeholders (e.g.: iCIMB, Consumer Marketing & Decision Management (DM) for campaign fulfilment
- Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. iCIMB, Unsecured Collection Centre) on redemption / customer complaint related matters.
Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
