About the Role:
- Undertake valuation assignments in Vietnam independently or as part of a team.
- Take responsibility for valuation assignments and liaise with clients to discuss their needs.
- Conduct the market research of all Valuation assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes.
- Write valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory.
- Make proposals and contracts as well as communicating and meeting with clients
About You:
- Understanding of statistical calculations involved in Valuation reporting, especially in machinery and equipment, properties sectors
- Large social / general knowledge
- Good English (written and reading)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply from Finance, Marketing and Economic Universities
