  • Detail-Oriented: Experienced in visual merchandising, maintaining inventory standards, and creating organized, welcoming spaces
  • Flexible and Reliable: Able to work weekends, evenings, and flexible shifts as needed; comfortable standing for 8–10 hours per shift and lifting up to 30 lbs

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead Daily Operations: Partner with the Senior Showroom Manager to oversee scheduling, coverage, and guest flow
  • Be a Presence on the Floor: Actively engage with guests, answer questions, and make thoughtful product recommendations
  • Build and Develop the Team: Recruit, onboard, and train new staff; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Uphold Standards: Ensure visual merchandising, inventory management, and showroom cleanliness reflect the Babylist brand
  • Step Into Leadership: Serve as acting Showroom Manager when needed to ensure seamless operations
