Assistant Sales

YOUR MISSION

• Formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer sales & inventory metrics, trends, insights and sizing from Amazon Vendor Central Brand Analytics dashboard data, Zappos’ vendor portal data and PUMA SPS data.
• Execute Amazon and Zappos New Item Setup templates, utilizing PUMA provided product data and PUMA ChatGPT AI copywriting functionality to populate all required product data fields, and process through Amazon & Zappos’ vendor portals. 
• Create and execute Amazon Project Tracker and Exception Reporting to identify, track and resolve the following issues:  Net New Product Shipments, IDQ Images/Size Charts/Brand & A+ Detail Content Opportunities, Product De-Variations, Item Suppressions, Item Blockers, Augmenter Issues, Availability Signals, Andon Cord Issues, Contact Us Help Tickets.  GOAL:  Drive product live to site, on time.
• Drive Best in Class User Experience.  Walk the Amazon, Zappos digital stores/online catalogs; optimizing product detail pages: variating products, bullet points, generic search key words, etc., in partnership with Marketing. 
• Work in close partnership with internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams to execute unique eCommerce Digital Business Plans:  Go-To-Market Team, Marketing, Planning, and Account Services.  
• Manage Seattle showroom product sample shipments, set up and maintenance.
• Attend and participate in market appointments in the PUMA Seattle showroom.
• Assist sales team, in person, in the Seattle showroom with special projects as needed.
• Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners:  Amazon, Zappos, Rue Gilt Groupe.
• PUMA supports a 3-day hybrid work environment, in person, in the Seattle showroom.

YOUR TALENT

• BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related areas
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office required:  Excel, PowerPoint, Word.  Chat GPT/AI Experience is a plus.  Must be capable of learning new systems.
• Amazon experience working in Amazon Vendor Central system is a plus.
• Experience working in the footwear or apparel industry a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
• Must have strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and be detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
• Polished verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company.
• Occasional travel to Boston, New York or Las Vegas for account appointments may be required.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $18.70-$29.90 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate) 

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
