Position Summary

You will support the sales team to drive business growth and strengthen rapport with hospitals, specialists and allied healthcare professionals in Hong Kong. You will combine strong customer focus with practical sales execution. The team values clear communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support development and execution of strategic business plans for your assigned therapeutic areas and accounts.

  • Coach and guide sales representatives to improve territory performance and customer engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.

  • Design and run customer-focused initiatives to drive advocacy and incremental growth.

  • Manage territory budgets, tracking spend and delivering results within plan.

  • Use customer insights and sales data to recommend practical, measurable actions.

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ sales experience working with healthcare professionals in HK.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the field of haematology

  • Proven experience in territory or account planning and execution.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and turn insights into actions.

  • Results-driven mindset with focus on customer value.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience working in hospitals, teaching hospitals, or with specialist physicians.

  • Prior people management, mentoring, or coaching experience.

  • Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas or clinical practice.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a network of key opinion leaders.

  • Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.

Work model
This role is on-site in Hong Kong and requires regular travel across the territory to meet customers and the team.
