Job Purpose:
To support Relationship Managers in managing and expanding a portfolio of affluent, High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI), and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) clients by providing exceptional client service, coordinating investment and banking transactions, supporting wealth advisory activities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. The role contributes to client acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivery of a superior wealth management experience
Principal Accountabilities:
Relationship Support & Client Management
Support Relationship Managers in managing assigned client portfolios.
Maintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
Assist in onboarding new clients and completion of account opening documentation.
Coordinate client meetings, portfolio reviews, and investment discussions.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure a high standard of service.
Wealth Management & Investment Support
Assist in executing investment transactions and wealth management solutions.
Support clients with investment subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and related documentation.
Coordinate with Investment Advisors and Product Specialists to facilitate delivery of investment recommendations.
Prepare client portfolio reviews, performance reports, and investment summaries.
Monitor investment maturities, renewals, and follow-up actions.
Business Development Support
Assist Relationship Managers in identifying business development opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
Participate in client acquisition initiatives, referral programs, and marketing campaigns.
Support cross-selling of investment products, insurance, deposits, treasury products, and lending solutions.
Maintain an updated pipeline of client opportunities and referrals.
Client Service & Operations
Ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions and transactions.
Liaise with Operations, Custody, Treasury, Compliance, and other support teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Track service requests and ensure completion within agreed service levels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews of client files and documentation.
Escalate unusual transactions, compliance concerns, or operational risks to management.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with information security requirements.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare business reports, portfolio summaries, and management information reports.
Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and achievement of business targets.
Maintain accurate records within bank systems and databases.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory inspections as required
RequirementsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISI, CFA Level I, CWM, or equivalent are desirable.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory Support, or Relationship Management.
Understanding of investment products, mutual funds, structured products, fixed income, insurance, and treasury solutions.
Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory Support, or Relationship Management
- Understanding of investment products including mutual funds, structured products, fixed income, insurance, and treasury solutions
