With our dynamic EAM International team, we are building our business with external asset managers in Germany and the United Kingdom. We value a value-driven way of working and a positive team spirit. We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (f/m/d) for the following responsibilities:
- Proactive and efficient support for the EAM Germany and EAM UK teams in developing and expanding our business with German external asset managers
- Independent handling of daily business, including direct client interaction (pending-item management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
- Efficient receipt and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payments
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition meetings, including arranging business trips, agenda management, presentations, and correspondence
- Assistance in the organization and preparation of client events (e.g. invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing, as well as selective participation in representative events together with the client advisors
For this exciting opportunity, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality with the following profile:
- Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training with several years of experience in private banking or EAM
- Advanced professional qualification in banking or business administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the international EAM or private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML, etc.)
- Committed, structured, and proactive personality with a high level of personal initiative
- Strong client focus and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Empathetic, positive personality with polished manners and very strong communication skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
