KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • On time Budgeted Carder fulfillment 

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for Staff & below

  • Actively participated at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity

  • Maintain the Below 3-month retention. Coordinate with the Training School, drive attract Piller. 

  • Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

  • Actively Take part in the CSR Activity and Ensure the Recruitment requirement from relevant areas 

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • 1 year of relevant work experience
