Assistant Quality Manager

• Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Execute and implement quality assurance strategies and processes which developed
• Manage a team of quality engineers and provide necessary training and guidance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Use audit results to help develop process improvement with functional teams.
• Review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
• Monitor and report on quality control performance metrics.
• Manage Quality Engineering and New Product NPI Quality
• Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.

• Reports to Senior Quality Manager

• Bachelor’s degree; with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a management role
• Experienced in SMT and Assembly of Electronic Factory.
• Experienced in Quality Management
• Good command in English (both writing and speaking)
• Living in Binh Duong is preferable
