- Track policy developments, tender announcements, and regulatory changes that affect the company's pipeline.
- Map the permit pathway for utility solar projects in each active market documenting timelines, requirements, and key decision-makers.
- Identify, qualify, and manage local development partners and JV co-sponsors in each SEA market.
- Maintain active partner relationships through regular touchpoints and joint market development activities.
- Escalate JV term discussions and new market entry opportunities to the Project Manager and Director.
- Direct and manage the in-country Vietnam Lead and Philippines Lead setting workplans, reviewing output, and providing development support.
- Manage the SEA Market Development Executive ensuring effective deployment across market priorities.
- Submit weekly SEA pipeline and market intelligence updates to the Project Manager.
- Contribute to the monthly regional report covering opportunities, subcontractor network, authority engagement, and risks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in RE project development, infrastructure origination, or market development across SEA.
- Proven experience working and travelling in at least 2 SEA markets.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Fluent in English; additional SEA language (Vietnamese, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai) is a strong advantage
- Experience managing in-country teams or local partners remotely.
