Our Consumer Goods Division is dedicated to helping brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide deliver safe, quality and ethically made products to their consumers. Job Description


  • Oversee client’s consumable testing programs (e.g. toys, food contact, premium) and prepare client’s summary and report; 
  • Deliver tailor-made and one-stop services by closely following up client’s needs; 
  • Handle the test submission (e.g. test assignment) accordingly to different countries safety;
  • Provide timely resolution of issues from client;
  • Support Sales Team to solve the enquiries and problems with consistency and accuracy;
  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required.



Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or degree holder in Science discipline (though Science, Engineering, Testing Science and Certification or another technical discipline will be a plus);
  • 4-5 years working in commercial laboratory experience and experience to handle retail clients;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good problem-solving skill;
  • Self-initiated, independent and a good team player.
