Au sein de l’équipe support client, vous reportez directement au Customer Support Manager et serez responsable de la planification des maintenances de nos ingénieurs techniques. Vos missions nécessitent des interactions téléphoniques et courriel quotidiennes avec nos clients.
La rapidité, l’efficacité, la communication de qualité et le travail en équipe sont parmi vos qualités principales.
Ce poste en CDI est basé au Plessis-Robinson (92) avec des possibilités de télétravail.
Vos missions :
Gestionnaires d’appels, vous assurez une réponse rapide et efficace aux demandes des clients.
Vous documentez efficacement, les appels clients dans notre système CRM.
Vous vous assurez du traitement de l’affaire client en fonction de son urgence.
Vous escalader les appels vers le support ou le technicien en région, si nécessaire. Suivi des demandes client afin de s’assurer de la résolution des problèmes.
Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des calendriers des ingénieurs et techniciens de terrain ainsi que de leurs plannings d’intervention.
Vous tiendrez informé les responsables de secteurs, des évènements importants et leurs rendrez compte de l’évolution des affaires urgentes.

Vous avez un excellent sens de l’urgence et de réactivité.
Vous parlez parfaitement français. Une bonne maitrise de l’anglais, parlé et écrit, est également appréciée.
Vous avez une bonne expérience au sein d’un service client impliquant de la planification d’interventions techniques.
Vous avez une excellente élocution au téléphone et une maitrise de l’écrit.
Vous avez un grand sens des responsabilités et respectez les horaires de travail.
Vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes dynamique.
