• Effectively runs the day to day planning on key accounts
• Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning
for clients
• Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of
best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreement’s
• Uses understanding of commercial opportunities and trading focusses to ensure
investment is guided towards the most appropriate partners
Professional skills
• Competent using Office tools – Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Good knowledge of industry standard tools such as DDS, Advantage, Adazzle and IMS
• Understanding of how to implementationally plan a media schedule.
• Good knowledge of the media marketplace and be able to identify opportunities that can
benefit our clients.
• Expert on all relevant planning systems and tools
Key Experiences
• Experience of working with key relevant sectors
• Track record of working under pressure / to tight deadlines
• Good relationships with media owners
• Ability to both support managers / mentor graduates
