Job Description

Purpose

Personal assistant (PA) acts as manager's first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Supports the work of manager in the day-to-day running of business, organization and coordination of office tasks.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Acts as a personal assistant to the direct superior and supports him/her in his/her day-to-day work.
• Organizes schedule and travel planning for direct superior and employees.
• Organizes and prepares meetings, discussions and conferences (invitation, agenda, participant selection, ensures catering, prepares and assembles conference documents, distribute presentations, writes minutes etc.).
• Collects, processes, and finalizes business related documents and is able to work with business applications (e.g. weekly reports).
• Orders office supplies.
• Provides support for internal and external visitors.

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU

• Are university student and have enough time to dedicate to your part-time job
• Have at least 1 year of experience with similar position
• Your knowledge of MS office (focus on Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Canva) is on intermediate level
• Have great communication and presentation skills
• Are flexible with great time management skills
• Speak English at least at a B2 level

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
Base salary will not be lower than 5,00 € brutto per hour.
