Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
  • Design of electronics test sequences for the production of automotive camera systems
  • Creating test specifications
  • Assisting in the creation of test architecture for new product introductions
  • Optimizing test coverage and cycle time
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and achieving cost and delivery targets
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental aspects and targets
  • Preparation of all necessary documents for production: work instructions, process instructions, etc. according to the valid procedure
  • Risk assessment and limitation (FMEA, capability analysis,..)
  • Industrialization of production processes, cooperation with the development department in creating D-FMEA
  • Industrialization and validation of software for new model lines of manufactured products in cooperation with R&D
  • CIP (Continuous Improvement Process): Develop and implement improvements

Requirements:
  • Education in the field of electronics, automotive electronics, electrical engineering, automation technologies or similar
  • English language - active (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of automotive tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP,...)
  • Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO TS16949)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Interest in new technologies

  • Knowledge of the architecture of AOI, AXI, ICT, OBP, FCT, EOL testing machines - ADVANTAGE
  • Basic knowledge of programming in C#, Labview - ADVANTAGE
  • Knowledge in the field of optics (production of camera systems) - ADVANTAGE
