- Manage and develop a team comprising Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance staff.
- Lead and drive the delivery of memorable customer service experiences for members and guests.
- Manage guest reservations and front office operations, including the use of RMS reservation systems.
- Foster a safety-first culture across the property, ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support financial management activities including budgeting, procurement, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Manage and maintain park assets and facilities.
- Assist with the management of after-hours operations, including participation in a shared on-call phone roster with the Park Manager.
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a holiday park, tourism, hospitality or related industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Experience using RMS reservation software or similar property management systems.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and other operational software systems.
- Sound understanding of caravan park grounds, facilities, and maintenance requirements.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting caravan park operations and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance, and up-to-date Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Availability to work a five-day roster across a seven-day operation, including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
- Availability to participate in an after-hours on-call roster.
