Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management solutions for mission-critical environments, including data centers, cleanrooms, and life sciences facilities. For over 45 years, we have helped protect the performance and reliability of some of the world’s most demanding spaces. Our customers include leading general contractors, hyperscale cloud providers, colocation facilities, and enterprises that rely on safe, compliant, and expertly maintained environments. Promera’s certified management systems demonstrate our commitment to service excellence, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will support regional operations while helping establish and grow Promera’s presence in the Boston area. You will deliver high-quality field services, coordinate local activities as demand develops, support team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

This is a hands-on territory-building role designed to evolve as the Boston market grows. Initially, you will work primarily as a field technician, delivering services onsite, learning Promera’s operating standards, and establishing credibility with customers. As the territory develops, you will progressively assume responsibility for coordinating local operations, developing technicians, strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping build a sustainable Boston-area operation.

The role will develop in phases based on territory growth, customer demand, and demonstrated performance. Early priorities will focus on safe, high-quality field execution and customer service. The next phase will expand into scheduling, local resource coordination, customer follow-up, and technician development. Longer term, the successful candidate will help lead the Boston territory, support revenue growth, and build the local team and operating infrastructure.

  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
  • Support performance management processes including setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, providing feedback, and participating in performance evaluations.

  • Serve as a working leader in the field, helping execute service activities while providing direction and support to team members.
  • Maintain operational compliance with budget guidelines, safety standards, procedures, and company policies.
  • Serve as a trusted local point of contact for customers by understanding their service requirements, coordinating timely responses, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring concerns are resolved professionally.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts, including field inspections and job evaluations to verify service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong onsite customer relationships through consistent communication, professional conduct, and high-quality service delivery; use customer feedback and field observations to identify additional needs and support territory growth.
  • Support the implementation and tracking of training programs within the branch.
  • Help grow the Boston territory by identifying service opportunities, developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, supporting site walks and service assessments, contributing field knowledge to proposals and estimates, and maintaining disciplined follow-up on local opportunities. Partner with regional leadership and sales resources to convert strong service delivery into repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee maintenance of equipment, company vehicles, and office environment; coordinate uniform and supply orders.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on planning, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operations team.
