We currently have an opportunity for a Assistant Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Lead for the Unit Assistant Team
- Be the lead unit assistant for the HUB book
- Support and elevate daily office operations to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
- Assist with office logistics- from supplies and equipment, answering the phone- ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and staff
- Serve as a go-to resource for your team
- Help organize team events and initiatives in the office that boost morale
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued
- Partner with management on projects, goals and improvements that drive the office forward.
Qualifications:
- Experience with NY habitational real estate strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Creative mindset with enthusiasm for team-building initiatives
- Committed to fostering a respectful, drama-free work environment through clear communication and teamwork.
