Key Responsibilities
1. Establishing and driving the HUA MSE roadmap with different pillars deployment in plant
1) Establish MSE deployment strategy with clear milestones, translate the site strategy into relevant actions that can be deployed/supported by the pillars.
2) Boost MSE culture in plant and contribute site CBN/KPI achievement through pillars gives and gets and focus improvement activities.
3) Build up MSE capability in all levels including front line associates.
4) Assist leading site MSE maturity assessment and track the improvement followups.
5) Collaborate with region and other sites to share learnings and best practices.
2. Focus Improvement Management
1) Understand site area loss and cost/loss linkage, co-work with pillar leaders and MSE manager to achieve loss elimination and VL achievement.
2) Lead and facilitate the factory VLiC initiatives, Provide consolidated pipeline of initiatives of VLiC.
3) Periodically track VL target and actual performance, understand the gap reason with project owners and analysis the impact to PCC performance together with S&F and site IE, and deep dive the opportunities to close the gap
4) Build focus improvement projects management mechanism with pillars and cross-teams and bring the visibility to leadership
5) Build site associates PS (Problem solving) capability to eliminate loss.
3. Lead some agile solution projects launch in HUA with CVS process and MSE mindset
1) This role will also be responsible for some agile solution projects CVS, make sure the NPD project can successfully launch to meet its stated safety, quality, cost, schedule and smooth transition to fulfill the supply continuity purpose.
2) Manage agile and flexible solution process and drive the process optimization
Education and Professional Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree of Science or Engineering related
• Trained or certified on Continuous Improvement or TPM, or related field
• Ideally 2-3 years professional experience in Production or Lean area.
