Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to lead both social reputation and engagement for Grab, also to build a strong social presence. This role is important to enhancing Grab's brand visibility across platforms, with a focus on impactful, cohesive social strategies. Reporting to Platform Marketing Head, you will collaborate with vertical marketing teams to create social campaigns. This position is based in Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCMC and work onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across social platforms.
- Manage Grab's presence on major social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Content scheduling
- Track and analyze social campaign results, compiling insights and actionable reports for ongoing improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to keep Grab on top of emerging social media trends and best practices.
- Oversee content schedules, ensuring timely posts
- Reputation Management: Monitor social channels for reviews and comments, proactively managing Grab's reputation with proactive actions.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- At least 3 years of full time experience in related brand building, social management from client side or agency
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese
- Deep Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and trends across social channels to maximize engagement.
- Exceptional Copywriting: Ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content across diverse accounts, tailoring style and tone to resonate with each brand's voice.
- Content Insight: Keen sense for creating content that not only looks appealing but connects emotionally, engaging audiences with meaningful impressions. Be able to capture social trend.
- Project Management Proficiency: Skills in coordinating, and implementing social campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across teams.
