Sitting in the Regional Online Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing online media strategies to drive growth in acquisition, retention, and branding. You will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to foster strong partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across countries. If you are an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative online marketer, this could be the role for you.
Your Adventure Ahead
- Manage and be responsible for the performance of all relevant online marketing channels including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy: campaign and media planning, and creative development.
- Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization purposes.
- Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness.
- Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.
Essentials to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth with marketing efficiency.
- Proficient in managing campaigns across the following advertising platforms - Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and network campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Branch.io/ Appsflyer.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to interpret and act on data insights.
- Growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy to discover key business opportunities.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management are able to work across multiple markets and cultures, collaborate easily with others, and adapt agilely.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, owning the problem and developing the solution.
- Prior experience with SEO is a plus.
