This role is part of Solenis' Financial Planning and Analysis team, managing a team of 2-4 Financial Analysts. The person will review the work of team members, suggesting changes, guiding on process improvements, interacting with the Manager FP&A / Regional FP&A teams on a periodic basis.
Bring the story of the Region/country together based on team’s inputs. Support the plan cycles and identify appropriate opportunities in achieving the financial performance targets.
Working with Offshore Manager / Regionanl FP&A to build their annual budgets and forecasts, consolidating them into one overall budget and provide detailed analysis and commentary.
Drive and support the preparation of annual budgets and thereby support appropriate resource allocation. Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly business review decks. Support monthly P&L reviews and help monitor financial targets.
Coordinate with other areas of the business (Sales, Supply Chain and other functions) to support on time and accurate information gathering.
Drive continuous process improvements to drive efficiencies in the existing reporting and share and implement best practices from other engagements. Support performance measurement and productivity enhancement initiatives within the team and in the business.
Work with the Manager FP&A on defining & measuring the team objectives and structured learning path. Build and direct a team of energetic individuals who can handle the reporting & analysis as well as transformation initiatives
