Primary Purpose:
To support the senior manager and local team to responsible for strategizing, executing, delivering and supporting department responsibilities to include Growth initiatives, Flagship / seasonal Installations, In-Season Management / communications and Events installation
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandis ing Execution:

  • Partner with cross-functional business partners and VM team to assist store in planning, mapping and merchandising monthly floor sets , store opening
  • Train and lead Store Management/In-Store VM assistant on how to interpret monthly g uidelines and communicates consistent merchandising direction on C oach standard
  • Follow-up with Store Manager/ In-Store VM to ensure all marketing and visual elements are placed appropriately on the sales floor (i.e. Coach Creative , feature table signage, decorative elements) support any marketing events in responsible stores
  • Communicate and align with retail decisions to facilitate changes accordingly based on sell thru or business needs
  • Understanding store's business condition such as top sellers to make informed and educated merchandising decisions
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines


Communication and Training

  • Effectively manages travel schedule anticipating 75% traveling to stores ensuring execution at Coach standard
  • Manage flow of communication with the support of VM team between assigned stores, thru touch bases during routine store visits
  • Develop constructive, effective relationships with In-Store Visual, Store Managers and Retail Management team
  • Support/train stores to interpret Visual Guidelines through photo review, floor plan mapping and/or store visits
  • Provide feedback relating to product presentations, challenges and needs of the business via VM audit and communicate comprehensively to Store Manager /Corporate V M / Retail Field Management to ensure productivity and alignment
  • Conduct in store training sessions and workshops with A ssistant Store Managers / S tore M anager s In Store VM to ensure that current merchandising direction is understood and maintained
  • Identify training needs within store ownership regions and collaborate with VM team to develop training programs
  • Stay up to date on business trends and shop competition, share information with Corporate VM


Education, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3~4 years visual merchandising experience in international company preferably in the luxury sector
  • Ability to understand and interpret visual presentation direction and train others
  • Excellent visual and merchandising skills
  • Strong responsible leader, acts with integrity and builds productive relationship with cross-functional members
  • Demonstrates strong communications skills in a variety of settings: one-on-one, in groups, with both peers and bosses
  • Ability t o work independently
  • Work w ith a team, pursues task with energy, drive and perseverance
  • Fluent spoken and written English skill preferred
  • Ability to travel frequently and spontaneously to support the needs of the business
