Location: Noida, India

JOB OVERVIEW

As part of the Continuous Improvement Risk Management Team, this role focuses on managing projects and overseeing data governance. As an Assistant Manager – Transformation, you will enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and agility by identifying and implementing process improvements across various departments and functions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize workflows.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

  • Identify and Lead/ mentor operation excellence projects in-line with business objectives by leveraging process improvement methodologies/techniques to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. minitab etc.), providing guidance and training to team members as needed.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Establish reporting mechanisms to track progress of relevant metrics related to operation excellence for improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making and drive further improvements.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams during transition periods.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives. 
  • Communicate effectively to articulate the benefits of proposed changes and address any concerns or resistance. 

Training & Development:

  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate employees on new processes and procedures. 
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure adherence to improved processes. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (Blackbelt/ Greenbelt).
  • Postgraduate/ Graduated/ equivalent in any stream.
  • Proficiency in using process mapping and analysis tools/software such as MS VISIO, Minitab.
  • 6+ years of experience in driving operation excellence projects in a challenging environment.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of education industry is a plus.
