Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with lines of business and functional areas to provide talent acquisition & onboarding professional services

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering & onboarding process

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies

  • Source candidates from different channels including proactive search in social media

  • Develop proactive sourcing plan for critical skill areas in order to build a talent pipeline

  • Ensure data accuracy in Recruitment and other Human Resources systems

  • Assist to devise & manage the talent attraction and sourcing initiatives/ campaigns with tracking mechanism

  • Coordinate with Corporate & Regional Office counterparts to support in driving & launching new and existing TA transformation and innovation projects

  • Assist to streamline processes and procedures as well as workflow including proper documentation

  • Support in handling vendors selection, on-boarding and management

  • Supervise junior team members in handling the team’s operations

  • Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • A minimum of 8 year’s solid talent acquisition experience gained from both in-house recruiting team and/or search agency; experience in financial industry would be a plus

  • Experience in sourcing talents within and outside HK to support business growth in Greater Bay Area is an added advantage

  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrate positive, collaborative and can-do attitude

  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, fluency or native in Putonghua is preferable

  • Proficient in MS Excel, strong data analytics and reporting skills

 

Candidate with less experience but have potential will be also considered to start as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
