The Job

• Lead a team in executing, and hands-on management of the daily operation work.
• Ensure all tasks are done within the turnaround time and following the administration procedures.
• Handle daily setup, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels review, formulate and implement procedures to achieve the highest standard of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Verify user requests and data setting in system.
• Prepare periodical reports and analysis for management review.
• Handle and follow up inquiries from internal customer, provide support to other teams, and develop reports to provide insights.
• Participate in projects and system enhancements for operational efficiency, preform test plan, UAT checking and progress update.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

The Person

• Degree holder in accounting or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in life insurance or accounting industry.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Well-organized, self-motivated and detail minded.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn - Self-starter and a good team player.
• Proficient of using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel and Power point.
• Curious and interested in technology and new products.
